At Yonex, we are committed to providing the highest quality sports equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective coverings, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
