All genuine Yonex rackets feature a unique laser-engraved serial number on the shaft and a hologram sticker on the handle. You can verify these codes through our official authentication portal to ensure you are playing with genuine high-performance equipment.
What is your return policy for strings and rackets?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that rackets that have been custom-strung or used in play cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested a custom stringing service for your racket, please allow an additional 2 business days for our technicians to prepare your equipment before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on professional sports gear?
Yes, Yonex provides a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on rackets and a 6-month warranty on footwear. This does not cover damage resulting from string breakage, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger team orders, we also offer flexible financing options through Klarna.
How do I choose the right grip size for my racket?
Most Yonex rackets are available in G4 (Standard) or G5 (Smaller) sizes. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing a smaller size, as you can always increase the thickness using a Yonex overgrip to match your preference.
